Hoe kan ik helpen
Ben je opzoek naar een verzuimspecialist, loop je als werkgever vast in wirwar van UWV/wet verbetering poortwachter. Stuur mij gerust een berichtje dan kunnen we samen met de werknemer tot een succesvolle en duurzame re-integratie komen. Ik ben in de zetten op casus niveau doormiddel van een opdracht/strippenkaart of voor een bepaalde periode 1 of 2 dagen per week.
Daarnaast inzetbaar als coach. Zet coaching in om duurzame verandering aan te pakken in zowel werk als privé. Praktische coaching waarbij je leert om de regie weer terug te pakken om gezond te functioneren en hierdoor verzuim te voorkomen.
